The weather was very hot and it was not easy, credit goes to our batters especially Shanto. The way the bowlers bowled in this heat it was amazing to see. We have good quality of pacers and spinners too.
Najmul Shanto | Player of the Match: I am really with the way I batted. We (himself and Mominul) were talking about the record after I got to the hundred, he (Mominul) said welcome to the group. It is a good opportunity for the batters to bat on such a wicket and happy to see the bowlers bowl well. As a player we have to perform in all the formats and I was clear with my plans.
Hashmatullah Shahidi: I am feeling good. Just had a scan and it is clear. It didn’t go our way from the start of the match. We had some positives. The thing was we played after a long break in Tests. We will learn more as much as we play in Test cricket.
